Centralized Service Desk (CSD) . . . The CSD is the one place to call for assistance and support with currently supported applications within OITS and OHR. Login with DOE employee number and your online DOE password, or call (808) 564-6000.

eBooks On Line . . . Hawaii DOE Overdrive student login (library card number) is their school id number. Teachers login is to use staff: select school name in drop box and then library card number is their employee ID and PIN is webmail password. 

eCSSS . . . Hawaiiʻs online electronic comprehensive student support system. Login with DOE online username and password. 

EES . . . The Educator Effectiveness System (EES) is a comprehensive evaluation system that sets clear expectations for effective teaching, provides educators with quality feedback and support to improve their effectiveness with students, and informs professional development.

HSA Support . . . This is the official site for the Hawaiʻi State Assessments, the Hawaiʻi State Alternate Assessments, and the Hawaiʻi State End-of-Course Exams. 

Intranet . . . The DOE's new staff-only website is our digital home for internal communications from state offices, Complex Areas and the 6 Priority Strategies; resources including searchable and sortable forms, manuals and training materials; and centralized information about upcoming events and seminars.
